Arti’s Adventures: B&B in Galway, Ireland

You may recognize the funny green man we lovingly call “Arti” – he hangs around Artizone’s offices, rides along in delivery trucks and sometimes helps put together your Artizone deliveries. Recently, we decided that Arti should get out and not only see more of the city, but the world too! So we helped him pack his suitcase, kissed him goodbye and sent him leaving on a jet plane. This week, we continue Arti’s travels in Galway, Ireland.

Note: Arti wants to go with you, too! Keep reading to find out how you can take Arti with you around town or on vacation, and how to submit your adventures with Arti!

Arti’s Adventures: B&B in Galway, Ireland

Arti had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, but as he drove up to Marless House in the Salthill area of Galway, Ireland, he knew he would feel right at home. Mary Geraghty, the B&B owner, greeted Arti at the door after his long drive to the bustling coastal town.

Following dinner and a pint, Arti retreated to his comfortable room at Marless House, looking over the Irish Sea.

Before departing the next morning, Arti joined his fellow guests downstairs for some of Mary’s home cooking. A spread of dry cereals, fruits, pastries and juices was laid out on one side of the room, but Arti chose to order from the menu – 2 scrambled eggs on toast with a side of baked beans. Baked beans for breakfast? You bet! And thanks to Mary, this particular breakfast is now a favorite of Arti’s.

Stay tuned for another Arti’s Adventures next week, when he goes to the Cliffs of Moher!
