One of the best things about being locally tied in to our community is the ability to meet our fans and hear your feedback, praises and suggestions to help us make Artizone better.

Recently, downtown residents voiced their disappointment in lack of groceries with the closing of Urban Market. We also heard from many fans who work downtown but live in areas where we do not yet deliver, that they would love to take home fresh, local, artisan groceries to their families.

Since then, we have been working hard to provide a solution that would help downtown residents get the groceries they need, as well as provide the same great Artizone goods to fans living outside our (growing) delivery zip codes.

We’re pleased to announce a new downtown pick-up location!

Starting tonight, we’re offering a new downtown pick-up location every Thursday evening! Located at 555 Ross Avenue (behind Spaghetti Warehouse where Munger dead ends into Record) from 4:30pm to 7:00pm, this new pick-up location will make taking home your favorite Artizone goods easy!

To pick up your Artizone groceries downtown, follow these easy steps:

- Log onto artizone.com
- To make sure we receive your order in time, please complete your order by 9am on Wednesday
- In the checkout process, choose “Yes, I’ll pick it up from” and complete the fields
- On Thursday evening, pull into our pick-up location and show your confirmation email (proof of ID will also work if you can’t access the email)
- Pop your truck, and we’ll load up your groceries for you!

Our goal is to get you in, out and on your way as quickly as possible. We look forward to seeing you at our new downtown pick-up location!
